【動新聞】紅酒路跑新噱頭　醫警告恐猝死

【胡治言／綜合報導】全國首場紅酒路跑活動昨在台中市登場，主辦單位讓選手邊跑邊喝紅酒，讓原本的健康路跑變調。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，昨天的紅酒路跑，吸引2千多人參加，主辦單位在沿途提供紅酒「解渴」，有選手甚至整瓶帶走邊跑邊灌，還說：「很新奇！這樣跑步越跑越high。」醫師警告，運動時飲酒會增加心臟及血管負擔，恐致高血壓、心臟病患者猝死，這種活動太不健康了。
