標題[心得] 海韻 S12-II 430W 送修心得

一顆2012年4月買的海韻430W在10月中有高頻音出現 所以在10月15日的時候拿到高雄長明街送修 直接拿了一顆良品回來 到這邊100分 拿回來過沒幾天待機會突然自動重開而且頻繁發生 測試後發現供電根本不足 所以在10月29號的時候拿去2修 結果現場沒有良品可以換 詢問可不可以把修回良品寄到家裡 維修人員表示不行然後說返修品回來的時候會打電話通知 11月5日的時候去電詢問修好了沒 維修人員說還沒修好並再次說修好會電話通知 等阿等..沒有回音 昨天晚上上網看海韻網頁發現可以直接將返修品寄到家裡! 接著寄信去海韻客服詢問修好了沒? 修好可以直接寄送到府嗎? 今天客服回信說已經修好也可以直接寄到家然後維修人員說我留錯電話? 去了一趟高雄長明街拿到返修品和還貨單 結果還貨單上日期是11月4日 然後我在11月4日到12日之間沒有接到過電話 看了看維修單上的確是我的電話沒錯 所以這中間一定發生了什麼神奇的事情... 也就是說 如果有海韻power要修最好先問有沒有存貨 沒有存貨的話免費到府期間建議使用到府收送 如果要送快換中心可以申請返修品直接寄到家 以上維修心得給大家參考 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.111.158
