台中7期房價高　投資客退場

【王筱君／台北報導】富宇建設台中7期市政路建案「東方之冠」，規劃101~120坪，總計136戶，每坪價格約40~65萬元，富宇建設執行副總鄭嘉輝表示，已售出7成，在地客與外來客比例約7:3。

鄭嘉輝表示，7期買主以傳統產業、中小企業主為主，隨著建案單價不斷上漲，投資客已逐漸退場，「豪宅每坪單價破40萬元、1戶總價逾4000萬元，投資客認為無利可圖，已朝10~12期外圍發展。」
