赴菲賑災 C-130新竹基地待命

超級強颱「海燕」在菲律賓造成慘重傷亡，死亡人數至少上萬，成為菲國史上最大天災。基於人飢己飢、人溺己溺的人道關懷精神，中華民國政府今天派3部C-130運輸機，裝載救援物資前往菲國賑災。

前往救援的機隊及外交部人員今天上午在新竹空軍基地準備中，裝載救援物資，預計下午起飛赴菲律賓。
