內政部新戶役政系統上路後問題不斷，內政部在大致完成善後工作後，今（13）日宣布第一波懲處名單，戶政司長謝愛齡調任內政部參事，另由內政部參事張琬宜接任司長。

上午已有媒體傳出內政部長李鴻源直接點名謝愛齡應為此事下台負責，但第一時間內政部並未證實，只表示會儘速究責。

但傍晚5點，李鴻源親自召開記者會，宣布這項人事異動案，李鴻源表示，戶政司長謝愛齡對新戶政作業系統上線問題負起責任，經報請行政院同意調整為內政部參事，遺缺由內政部參事張琬宜調任，預定在1周內完成交接。

李鴻源說，謝愛齡調任非主管職，屬常任文官平調，常任文官有常任文官的保障，至於其中是否涉及不法，則還要請政風單位繼續調查。

李鴻源也對系統出問題造成民眾不便表示歉意，也對戶政司同仁在過年期間，特別是基層同仁辛勞，表達慰問及感謝之意。
