宏達電（hTC）內鬼案13日台北地院首度開庭，被告9人通通出庭，其中涉案的副總兼首席設計師簡志霖，對於違反的《營業秘密法》、背信等罪一概否認，僅承認登載不實。

檢方偵辦宏達電（hTC）內鬼案偵結後，在去年12月27日以涉嫌違反《證交法》及《營業秘密法》等罪嫌，將涉案的副總兼首席設計師簡志霖及處長吳建宏和設計師黃弘毅，與相關業者共9人起訴。

根據台北地檢署偵辦內容，宏達電副總簡志霖和處長吳建宏及設計師黃弘毅等人，涉嫌曾結合廠商開立不實發票，向宏達電公司詐取近千萬元金額。另外，三人還涉嫌盜取宏達電公司下半年未上市高檔智慧型手機的新介面程式，並將營業機密洩漏給中國大陸，打算過去開設公司與宏達電對打。

9名被告中僅簡志霖與商業設計部經理洪琮鎰不認罪，其餘的業者通通認罪，據報導，簡志霖曾私下表示成為公司犧牲品，覺得很委屈。
