黑貓宅配沒收到東西

前天我在原價屋訂了一台電腦

宅配 貨到付款

他跟我說最快今天到 最晚明天

結果我今天等了一天都沒等到

8點多時他卻傳簡訊跟我說

原價屋客服通知：你所訂購的電腦零組件今日宅配已經取件，貨物單號為9887452655，你可隨時於黑貓宅配網或原價屋線上訂單查詢貨物狀況，謝謝

但是我還沒拿到東西啊 問警衛室也說沒人送東西來

請問這樣是怎樣
