新北三環三線　綠批騙局

【李定宇╱新北報導】新北市長朱立倫任期僅剩不到一年，但競選時提出的捷運三環三線計劃，其中十三條軌道目前僅六條通車或興建中，另外七條都還停留在紙上作業，任期內恐無法順利推動三環三線全部動工，昨民進黨議會黨團批評三環三線「規劃空轉、跳票幾成定局！」但朱立倫則回應強調，三環三線是新北市民共同心願，會全力推動。
 
新北市長朱立倫競選新北市長時，開出捷運「三環三線、我能實現」的競選支票，但朱立倫的任期年底即將屆滿，目前三環三線共十三條路線，僅有六條路線已經營運或正在興建，其他七條則仍然處於紙上規劃階段，面對朱立倫競選支票即將跳票，民進黨議會黨團昨痛批「三環三線根本就是騙局！」
