今晨低溫約10℃　各地早晚偏冷溫差大

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，今天在輻射冷卻的效應下，各地早晚氣溫仍然偏低，今晨目前平地最低溫為淡水10.1℃，嘉義也10.4℃，各地早晚偏冷中南部溫差大，東半部地區北部山區有局部雨。

氣象局表示，冷空氣強度持續減弱，今天白天高溫將比昨天再稍回升，預測北部及東半部約19到22℃，中南部地區雲量較少，氣溫回升快，高溫可以來到24、25℃，但日夜溫差也會較大；水氣會稍微增加一點，東半部地區及北部山區會有局部的短暫雨，西半部地區大致仍可維持多雲到晴的天氣。另，東北風仍強，台灣沿海空曠地區及各外島還是容易有8到9級的強陣風，浪仍大，若要前往海邊活動務必注意安全。
