台中「抖腳哥」假車禍真詐財　行車紀錄器見真章

台中市日前出現一名「抖腳哥」，在一輛小轎車等紅燈時，抖腳演出假車禍，還向被害車主索賠200元，行徑全被後方民眾的行車紀錄器拍攝下來，警方循線逮捕到這名男子，台中地檢署30日將男子依詐欺罪起訴。

10月下旬有民眾將一段標題為「台中軍功路一段假車禍」的行車記錄器畫面上傳至youtube網站，畫面中1名男騎士趁著紅燈時，靠近開車的被害人，等綠燈一起步就大叫，「抖腳」演出被車輪壓到的假車禍新招。

台中市警察局第五分局北屯派出所在網站查閱相關資料，找到假車禍被害民眾白色轎車駕駛，與49歲「抖腳哥」侯姓男子，侯男有毒品、詐欺前科，從事砂石車司機工作。

警訊中，侯男坦承因為機車沒油，身上又沒錢之故，才會臨時起意，上演這齣「抖腳」劇，得手200元已購買香菸、加油，警方訊後依詐欺罪嫌將他函送法辦，30日被台中地檢署依詐欺罪起訴。
