于美人控前夫恐嚇案！家人未心生畏懼　北檢不起訴處分

藝人于美人與前夫James（王維倫）鬧婚變時，James曾在今年5月帶家人至于美人住處拿東西，讓于美人的母親心生恐懼，因而聲請家暴保護令，並控告James侵入住宅、恐嚇等罪。台北地檢署30日偵結，認為雙方已經和解，且根據于美人提供的錄影畫面，無法證明James有恐嚇行為，以不起訴處分。

于美人的母親聲請家暴保護令，並控告James侵入住宅、恐嚇等罪，10月份下旬開庭時，當證人的于美人表示，丈夫趁她不在家時，帶人和媒體到她住處拿東西，對她媽媽及女兒的心理造成恐懼。

而James則是透過律師表示，當天是回家拿自己的東西，但于媽媽堅持他必須等到于美人回來才能帶走東西，因而發生爭執，並強調James帶的是自己家人，並非不明人士，且未對于媽媽造成傷害，怎麼會算是家暴。

台北地檢署今天偵查終結，檢方認為雙方已經和解，于美人對於James侵入住宅的部分撤告，且根據于美人提供的錄影畫面，無法證明James有恐嚇行為，令于美人家人心生畏懼，以不起訴處分。
