阿布薩耶夫綁人贖金平均要價525萬台幣

【綜合報導】菲國軍警在上個月26日，在蘇祿省和阿布薩耶夫組織駁火，當場擊斃4名匪徒，這個月1日也逮捕了2名恐怖分子，加上菲國反恐組織，這個月5日，從該組織脫逃的約旦記者口中獲知，阿布薩耶夫領導Sawadjaan已生重病，軍警正準備兵力一舉擊滅，阿布薩耶夫見大勢已去，不再堅持贖金金額，意圖以張安薇來換取菲國軍警圍剿壓力。
 
刑事局指出，阿布薩耶夫長期與菲律賓政府對抗，活動經費甚鉅，為籌措組織運作費用，常以擄人勒贖方式獲取錢財，每次綁架人質，短則3個月，長者達數年之久，每次都要求鉅額贖金，平均金額在披索700萬元（約合台幣525萬元）左右，最近一次是今年3月，一位遭綁的澳洲人，傳付了10萬美元才獲釋。
