選好油　品油課大受歡迎

【黃翎翔／台北報導】黑心油品連環爆，如何選好油也成為一門課題，更讓橄欖油品油課程大受歡迎。在義大利商會登記為正式義大利國家級品油師、同時也是食材進口商的的陳詩潔，明(16)日將開品油課程，名額僅限40位，每人300元，課程內容除了教導品評橄欖油外，也有菜餚與橄欖油的搭配推薦。

另外，具有義大利國立橄欖油品油師協會(O.N.A.O.O) 認證的高級品油師的吳文玲，12/1也將開設品油課程，會員600元，非會員1200元，名額僅限14人。
