日前網路上流傳一支高圓圓穿著白襯衫，露出美腿，不斷嬌喊「別拍了」，不少人質疑是和男友趙又廷的私密影片，昨（7日）高圓圓在微博澄清：「內甚麼，內個誰，別『炒』了，拍個廣告而已！」

該影片約50秒，高圓圓不斷和掌鏡的男子玩剃鬍泡沬，並互相追逐，但影片中完全看不到掌鏡的男子是誰，拍攝時鏡頭不斷晃動，就像情侶間拍攝的私密短片，影片在網路瘋傳，網友留言表示：「女神性感又可愛的一面太誘人了！」並希望自己是掌鏡人。
