油品D-Day 業者不能再宣稱不知情

油安行動今天11月8日為D-Day（終結假油），衛福部表示，即日起市售油品不得有詐欺或標示不實，若遭查獲任何違法事件，業者不能再宣稱不知情，一經發現違法將加重處罰，並依詐欺移檢調。

衛福部公關室主任王哲超表示，業者不能再說自己不知情、裝傻，即日只要遭查到不法行為，一律加重處罰並依詐欺移送檢調。待油品市面抽查結束、結果出爐後，衛福部將立即啟動牛奶、茶葉、果汁、醬油等產品稽查。此外，國內已開發出銅葉綠素檢驗方法，未來會針對市面油品擴大檢驗。
