夏立言：歐巴馬不來 印尼會很失望

美國總統歐巴馬因為國會的預算危機，取消參加APEC經濟領袖會議。對此我國駐印尼代表夏立言說，歐巴馬先前才宣示，美國要「重返亞太」，因此許多國家都期待他這次在APEC的發言內容。如今「客人」不能來，「主人」會很失望，其他亞太地區國家也會很失望。

另外這次我國代表團下榻的Conrad飯店，不在大會的核心區內，因此有傳言指出，我方代表團遭到打壓。對此夏立言強調「絕無歧視」，表示各會員的住宿地點，都是大會與各國協商。紐西蘭與智利代表團與我方住在同地；墨西哥、俄羅斯等國，下榻飯店也都不在核心區內。

夏立言也證實，「蕭習會」將在6日上午進行，不過地點目前仍未敲定。
