萬華車站BOT　最快明年動工

【郭寶懃／台北報導】萬華車站BOT昨日有條件通過都市設計審議，該案涵蓋範圍為西園路一段、艋舺大道和康定路所圍的街廓，3塊基地面積共為6144坪，目前由鴻磐公司進行開發，未來關於總開發量與規劃細部若要修正，會再商討，最快明年動工興建。

北市都發局表示，預計興建3棟大樓，分別為地上26層和地上19層商業大樓，規劃作為旅館、辦公室與餐廳，另1棟為10層樓的停車塔，預計規劃車位為汽車528個與機車670個，可望帶動周邊的生活機能。
