金黃薯有毒？ 台中衛生局檢驗出爐

台中有一名網友爆料，上周到某家速食店外帶「金黃薯」，食用後嘴巴卻發麻，台中市衛生局獲悉後針對該產品及該份薯條檢體抽驗，也抽驗另外5家速食店業者的薯條，抽驗馬鈴薯的配醣生物鹼含量，檢驗結果今天下午出爐。

根據世界衛生組織對馬鈴薯生物鹼的標準，應該在100ppm以下，而出問題的那包「金黃薯」，配醣生物鹼含量高達1496.79ppm ，研判應是發芽馬鈴薯，毒素才會超標，而其他家的薯條都是微量、未超標。

衛生局指出，食用到「發芽馬鈴薯」，一般急性中毒常見的症狀，包括頭痛、噁心、嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉等；罕見症狀包括血壓偏低、心跳偏慢、呼吸變快、肌肉絞痛、流涎及溶血等，民眾如果看到馬鈴薯發芽，外皮呈綠黑色就該馬上丟棄，避免再食用，該案因業者已將產品主動下架，全案將移請台北市衛生局後續查處。
