監聽調查小組約詢技術人員

特偵組監聽事件調查小組，今早9時30分，11位調查委員到齊開會，邀請中華電信的行動通信公司技術部門陳姓副處長，講解0972這種第二類光纖通信（E1）線路如何外接、為什麼會錄到空白帶。

調查委員也將陳副處長的說法比對昨（3日）天，特偵組、調查局執行監聽作業的過程和說法，調查監聽過程是否有疏失。調查會迄下午3時仍在進行中。目前仍未約詢檢察總長黃世銘。
