之前大家說的吉美一品花園 後來看到開價還好只有70 雖說70也便宜不到那去 至少比之前傳的100 110好很多 不過我看7月開始似乎 中永和有些地方房價開始降了 元利和平只剩單價33 南方之星低樓層單價31 不過我家附近的一品花園果然都是投資客 今天看到有人拿出來賣一坪64萬 看來真的很敢喊 之前成交價頂多60以下 居然有人敢喊到64 而且7月中和的最高成交價也才67 在四號公園 圖書館面捷運站那一片 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.192.13.101
