【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】根據進一步消息指出槍擊案始於，一名女性駕駛企圖開車衝撞白宮大門，和特警隊員展開汽車追逐戰，雙方來到國會山莊周遭，駕駛逃出遭槍擊，警方擬稍後召開記者會說明。
