名導張作驥被控性侵　女編劇內褲檢體有他DNA

知名導演張作驥5月份遭一名女編劇指控性侵，台北地院今天首度審理此案，張作驥現身地院，面對媒體的詢問，只以一句「時間不太夠」，低調快閃。

張作驥被林姓女編劇指控，今年5月在一場聚會時，與多名好友餐敘聊天，之後一行人到他的住處兼工作室聊天續攤。友人陸續離去，林女則因酒醉，留在張作驥家中休息。但張作驥趁機強脫她衣褲性侵得逞，導致她身心受創且不甘受辱，憤而向警方報案。

經過檢方調查後，雖然張作驥還是抱持否認態度，意識不清，不記得發生什麼事，且背部有傷，但被害人的內褲及下體檢體經鑑定與張作驥的DNA相符，還提供以手機錄影的影片，證明張作驥並非無意識，將依強制性交罪起訴張作驥。

張作驥事後發出聲明，表示檢方只採片面證據，未調查對他有利證據就起訴，深表遺憾，希望法院審理後可還他清白。他對此事造成媒體關注，導致社會資源浪費，表達歉意。
