特偵組疑似監聽立法院總機，民進黨立委邱議瑩在臉書質疑，違法監聽立法院，如果這不是台灣水門案，那什麼才是台灣水門案？如果這不是違法亂紀，什麼才是違法亂紀？

民進黨立委鄭麗君也在臉書說，世界是2013，我們是1984。她引用作家喬治歐威爾的著作「1984」，質疑國家以不當手段監視人民。民進黨立委葉宜津臉書批評，監聽整個國會，美國總統尼克森也沒這麼好膽。
