2013年世界小姐選美決賽，今晚在印尼峇里島舉行，在經過層層關卡之後，由賽前呼聲極高的菲律賓小姐，擊敗各國佳麗奪得后冠。

大會司儀：「菲律賓小姐，是2013年的世界小姐。」

畫面上我們看到的這一位，就是今晚奪得后冠的菲律賓小姐「梅根楊」，23歲的梅根楊是菲律賓的知名女星，身材高佻、氣質出眾，在這一次的選美過程中，已經先奪下「超級模特兒」項目冠軍，在決賽之前，就被媒體預測是今年世姐后冠的熱門人選，如今果然不負眾望，摘下后冠。

而由於賽前，不斷有伊斯蘭強硬組織揚言要暴力干擾比賽，主辦單位將決賽場地由雅加達移到峇里島，印尼政府並嚴陣以待，出動大批持槍警察到場維護治安，讓決賽能夠順利進行。
