標題[聘書] 電子offer的效力

各位大大好: 小弟最近應徵一間公司有收到電子offer，附檔也有附上聘書；但是看來看去這電子 聘書上面沒有什麼章，大概就是公司名稱、執行長名稱還有幾個大大的字寫聘用通知單。 上面也有詳細的報到日期與薪資，然後一些報到要繳交的資料這樣。 我想請問這樣的電子offer可以信任嗎? 因為小弟目前沒有收到其他公司的offer，如果貿然提離職的話會不會被表啊? 因為這間公司有過口頭offer表人過，不知道這電子offer會不會也搞這招。 HR是跟我說紙本的等報到再簽就好了，請問這樣正常嗎。 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.199.169
