國民黨抗告卷宗抵高院 下午電腦分案

國民黨對立法院長王金平假處分案提起抗告後，高等法院民事庭今（18）天上午約9點收到卷宗，王金平的3位委任律師也到場關切，要求高院盡速公開分案，高院表示，依正常流程，將會在下午電腦分案。

王金平日前涉入司法關說案，遭國民黨撤銷黨籍，但台北地方法院13日裁准假處分，使王金平得以暫保身分，但國民黨委任律師16日提出抗告，台北地院則在今天早上約9點，將全案卷宗送達高等法院，而王金平的委任律師，更一路從台北地院跟著卷宗到高等法院，要求高院儘速公開分案。
