洪仲丘案桃園地院傳喚沈威志

桃園地院審理洪仲丘案，今天下午傳喚五四二旅前旅長沈威志。他說，事後跟律師了解案情，也覺得士官處分規定有欠周延。

陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，桃園地院今天上午傳喚五四二旅前旅部連副連長劉延俊、前旅部連士官長陳以人，下午傳喚沈威志。洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸及舅舅胡世和到場旁聽。

劉延俊上午在庭上指出，若案情需要，他願意接受測謊。

沈威志下午二時多，在辯護律師等人陪同下，進入桃園地院法庭，對於媒體詢問相關問題，他沒有回應。
