推特推文宣布　秘密申請上市

【綜合報導】社交網站推特(Twitter)計劃上市，並在今日推文宣佈，已秘密向美國證券交易委員會提交文件，申請首次公開招股。

盛傳部署上市的推特，近期動作多多，周三宣佈同意收購流動廣告公司MoPub，開拓流動廣告銷售渠道，估計收購作價高達3.5億美元（約新台幣103.8億元）。推特發展迅速，是近年最炙手可熱的社交網站，用戶涵蓋名人、記者等。推特表示今年初其用戶逾2億，但有分析指實際人數達5.54億，每日有13.5萬新用戶。
