標題[請益] 哪邊有比較多的慢跑鞋?

各位雙和版的大大好 小弟目前想要開始慢跑 上網查了一下 好像要提供幾點資訊 大家比較能推薦 1.跑的地板：目前應該是PU跑道 or 公園周圍的石磚地 2.運動時間：每周3~5天去跑 每次約1小時 (包含 快走 熱身等時間) 所以我抓 10KM上下吧 3.程度：初學者 想請問一下目前雙和哪邊有比較多的慢跑鞋可以挑店 並想請問一下 初學者 跟這種地板 這樣的運動 有比較推薦的牌子嗎 我目前是抓 1.5~2K 然後牌子選 Mizuno 謝謝 各位跑友的回答 PS：我應該會跑四號公園　不然就仁愛公園　　 　　希望有機會會遇到跑友^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.172.24
