司法院推薦監委人選 法官有異見

司法院推薦基隆地方法院院長蔡崇義擔任監察委員，名單曝光後，法官論壇今天出現質疑意見。有留言對人選感到心痛，指原以為司法院長賴浩敏識人，現在連司法院的回應都不想聽了。不過，也有留言為蔡抱不平，認除非有操守問題，蔡要比有些政客好多了，為何不能當監委？
