態度不佳　檢建議處黃世銘適當之刑

台北地院今天進行檢察總長黃世銘洩密案辯論程序，經過8個半小時馬拉松式庭訊，目前已進行量刑辯論程序。

檢方認定黃的犯案動機可議，欲造成政治干預司法，且恣意曲解法律，讓人民認為政治介入司法，造成社會動盪，犯後又始終否認犯案，態度不佳，因此建請合議庭針對黃有利不利事證，量處適當之刑。（法庭中心／台北報導）
