驚！環團檢測輻射值　清大生技館數值最高

台灣環境輻射走調團今在立院召開記者會公布2013年民間版台灣環境輻射調查地圖，有54處輻射污染超過標準值3倍，質疑污染源來自老舊核能電廠及燃燒低階廢料的「減容中心」。原能會回應，環境輻射度量應扣除天然背景輻射變動值，且量測方式應取平均值而非環團所做的最高值，且依環團見解，應該最靠近減容中心的輻射值最高，向外遞減，而非呈現如調查的超標地點不規則分布。

台灣環境輻射走調團今天公布調查，為去年3月到去年底，檢測全台小學、公園、海邊、圖書館等公共場所達733個地點，累計1959個測點，其中54個測點超過標準值「每小時0.11微西弗」3倍之多，超標數值最高落在清大生技館，數值為1.92。

原能會輻射偵測中心主任黃景鐘說，該中心定期或即時量測台灣環境輻射值變化為正常、安全無虞，環境輻射值沒超標疑慮，由於偵測不僅數據分析方式不同產生不同結果，儀器使用方式及特性也有關連，若民間團體願意，原能會願意共同量測、監督與相互比對，釐清疑慮。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
