壹電視主播蕭彤雯起床第一件事就是看《蘋果》即時新聞，她說即時新聞是她播報新聞的最佳輔助工具，「我在棚內播新聞，現場就會放一台電腦，頁面就鎖定在《蘋果》的即時新聞，它會更新當天重大新聞的最新進度，也整合其他媒體的報導，既迅速又豐富。」並建議即時新聞未來可多一點深入報導。對自己緋聞也常登上即時新聞點閱率冠軍，她尷尬笑說，「這就不要問我了，新年快樂！」(蔡維歆／台北報導)
