標題[問題] 請問推薦的健身房+有氧

Google了一下很多人討論威尼斯 目前我只知道還有curve, world gym, 等. 不知道有沒有推薦的健身房(內含有氧課程)? 我主要是想用踏步機~@@ 另外，想學肚皮舞~ 也想嘗試時下流行的zumba 大家推救國團嗎? 還是有不錯又便宜的地方可以學? 資訊有點亂~ 不知道從何找起 希望有人可以推薦~ 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.1.218.132
