張根碩燒酒減肥 5天不吃

南韓男星張根碩剛結束新劇「漂亮男人」的拍攝，他自爆為了在鏡頭前呈現好的一面，曾5天不吃東西只喝燒酒瘦身，可見「漂亮男人」沒這麼好當。

張根碩透露，小時候媽媽常對他說︰「你長得比張東健更帥。」從那時候起對外表有了自信心，但他坦言自己還有不足的地方，拍攝「漂」劇時，他認為比起外貌，身材更重要。

張根碩的減肥招式有兩種，一是5天內不吃東西光喝燒酒，體內水分流失得快，很快就能瘦下來；二是靠減肥食譜，因為很討厭運動，只有在不得已的情況下才做運動減肥。雖然張根碩在身材管理上下了不少苦功，但減肥方式既不正確更不健康，不值得鼓勵和學習。
