【動新聞】鴻海天下第一會　收錢不辦事被揪出

鴻海集團以管理嚴格聞名，SMT（Surface Mount Technology，表面黏著技術）技術委員會爆發老臣等人，集體向十多家供應商索回扣近億元，廠商不滿「收錢不辦事」檢舉，郭台銘震怒；檢調昨約談12人，昨晚依《證交法》特別背信罪移送北檢漏夜複訊，SMT總幹事兼經理鄧志賢、白手套郝緒光等2人被聲押。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，鴻海有30多個委員會，SMT負責審核、評估與表面黏著有關的器材、機台等設備採購，每年採購金額高達4、500億元，因此有「天下第一會」之稱。涉案的廖萬成不僅擔任SMT副主委，每年薪資加分紅可領近千萬元，卻被爆向供應商索賄，郭台銘痛心至極，下令嚴查且改變採購流程，要求供應商簽署「排佣條款」。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
