彰化埤頭鄉兩處資源回收場火警延燒十多小時才撲滅

彰化縣埤頭鄉產業道路上兩處緊鄰的資源回收場，今天發生火警，因場區是租用農地所設置、佔地廣達約一公頃，推滿堆積如山的塑膠與紡織等易燃原物料，火勢一度猛烈，縣府消防局搶救十多小時才撲滅，損失慘重，起火原因待追查。

彰化縣消防局表示，這場延燒時間相當長的火警，是十七號上午九點多就接獲通報，位在彰化縣埤頭鄉九號產業道路上，有兩處緊鄰的資源回收場，因故發生火警，因場區是租用農地所設置、佔地廣達約一公頃，並且推滿堆積如山的塑膠與紡織等易燃原物料，火勢一發不可收拾，濃煙足以蔽天，縣府消防局緊急調派十多部消防車輛趕往灌救。

而火勢在風勢助長下一度相當猛烈，因為場區附近沒有消防水資源，大批消防救難人員，只好借助農民用來灌溉的抽水馬達，緊急抽取地下水來灌救，消防第四大隊長林明緯表示，火勢約延燒五、六個小時才獲得控制，但燜燒期卻相當長，直到入夜後還在進行殘火處理，將派員在火場待命處理。

而這場回收資源廠大火，所幸沒有造成人員傷亡，不過損失卻相當慘重，至於起火原因，後續則有待消防局派員堪驗調查。（攝影：李河錫）
