黃世銘咬柯建銘凍結法務部預算來關說

檢察總長黃世銘今天下午到北院出庭受審時爆料，指法務部去年6月底有3筆約4千多萬元（分屬法律事務司、司法官訓練所及矯正署）的預算遭立法院凍結，立委柯建銘不是提案人就是連署人，藉此向法務部施壓進行司法關說，立法院長王金平也告訴前部長曾勇夫表示要柯建銘案要妥善處理。
