布蘭妮被控吞父上億遺產　沒事

【張欽／台北報導】D奶女星王思佳的母親、藝人布蘭妮（本名林碧霞），因父親上億古董遺產，與八旬老母、妹妹對簿公堂，老母與胞妹指控她換掉父親古董店門鎖與保全，侵吞遺產，涉犯強制、侵占等罪，但台北地院布蘭妮無罪，可上訴。

布蘭妮對獲判無罪，上午說：「我謹守本分、知法守法，這樣不對嗎？」並說：「妹妹告我都會出庭，我告她妨害名譽，卻不出面，希望她能出來面對。」
 
布蘭妮遭母親與妹妹指控於2011年11月間，趁父親過世更換父親生前經營的古董店門鎖與保全系統，不讓其他家人進入，侵吞店內9百多件價值約上億元古董，連父親生前賣掉1幅張大千畫作，得款8百萬元也一併侵吞。
 
但布蘭妮稱，母親已拋棄繼承，為保護、管理遺產決定換鎖，因母親與其他繼承人沒付房租及保全費，她才重新與房東、保全簽約，並通知保全若發現母親進入店內，請會同警方前往察看，沒禁止進入。法官認為，林女換鎖及與保全簽約時，母、妹都不在場，沒脅迫2人，故判無罪。
