葉匡時：蔡正元誤把藝術畫展當小故宮

【李姿慧／台北報導】交通部長葉匡時表示，當天去的土雞城是大豐花園，當天因因母親住院離開一小時，之後返回用餐，發現友人準備生日宴出現有些人早上沒爬山的人，有些人則是爬山後吃完飯後回家，他則是和友人前往昇恆昌5樓一個公共藝術廣場參觀看畫展，該處是對外公開的，任何人都可預約參觀。葉匡時表示，蔡正元所稱的小故宮可能指的是這個地方，他之後就回家了。

葉匡時也當場致歉，表示有檢討道歉的必要，因他個人因素被烏龍爆料影響公務，必須要檢討，未來也將減少出席類似場合。
