​美創新中心開幕　免費體驗3D列印

【陳培煌╱台北報導】美國在台協會（AIT）與台灣創意設計中心共同設置的美國創新中心，今天下午在松山文創園區正式開幕，現場展示最新技術3D列表機，民眾自17日至3月29日，到服務台預約登記，即可免費體驗3D列印，每天限六名。現場展示3D列印「黃色小鴨」、「蝙蝠俠」與「自由女神」等，相當有趣。

AIT處長馬啟思致詞表示，AIT先前已在台灣各地許多圖書館設置美國資料中心，提供美國資訊給台灣民眾，今天成立的美國創新中心則是以創意和設計為主，期盼能把美台之間的合作提升到新的層次。因機器僅3台，平均列印需2小時，每天僅開放6位。

AIT表示，美國目前已在義大利、葡萄牙、塞浦路斯與希臘設置多個美國創新中心。本次在台北開幕的美國創新中心則為全亞洲第一座數位創新中心，中心開放電腦設備、3D列表機、多媒體裝置、書籍、DVD、和線上資料庫等，供一般民眾使用。
