"藍綠聯手通過修法 實價登錄變虛價"

立法院本月三日在朝野立委聯手、行政部門力阻無效下，三讀通過修正地政士法，
未來地政士（俗稱代書）登錄房價有誤，若經檢舉或糾正，
只要在期限內修正資訊就不會受罰。
官員擔心，這將讓實價登錄制度門戶洞開，政府建立透明房價制度的原意恐打折。
