記者王鼎鈞／台北報導

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）15日通過中華電信及台灣大哥大申請行動寬頻業務籌設同意書案，奪得搶先開台優勢，下一階段須繳交建設計劃書，然後進入實際建設。

NCC表示，台灣之星、亞太電信、國碁電子及遠傳電信4家得標業者，也已分別提出行動寬頻業務籌設同意書，NCC將依規定進行審查，審查通過後會依序核發行動寬頻業務籌設同意書。
