指G奶女星搞「曖昧」　經紀人告記者

【吳珮如／台北報導】《壹週刊》前年3月以「羽庭曖昧Jolin推拿師」為標題，報導G奶女星羽庭與已婚經紀人兼餐廳合夥人黃正斌關係密切，並指黃是羽庭男朋友，還提及2人在火鍋店「搞曖昧」，黃正斌因此控告撰文的何姓記者涉妨害名譽，士林地檢署認為，何未盡合理查證責任，今將何起訴。
 
檢察官指出，「曖昧」一詞，據教育部編修國語字典解釋，指人行事不光明磊落、有不可告人的隱私，且一般人習慣把「曖昧」用在負面的男女關係上，檢察官因此認為指未婚女子與已婚男子冠上有「曖昧」關係，以貶低2人名譽。

加上《壹週刊》拍攝到2人合照沒有親暱動作，何雖然表示有向羽庭前經紀人求證，但前經紀人作證時稱未過問藝人私生活，對此事不知情，無法證明報導所言，檢察官故認定何為了銷量編造不實情節，將她起訴。
