【陳偉周／基隆報導】小鴨鬧雙胞！基隆黃色小鴨展區旁東3東4碼頭，堅持打造18公尺夢想鴨，因鈺盛公司花1600多萬承租招攬120家攤商，小鴨展出歷經小鴨不旋轉，基隆連日下雨與小鴨自爆等突發狀況，再加上人潮不如預期，攤商出走僅剩70攤苦撐，鈺盛將在農曆年前推18公尺「夢想鴨」搶救人潮。
 
鈺盛公司業務長孫鈺棠表示，「沒有縮水的打算，就是18公尺夢想鴨見客！」指出要以樂園的形式攬客，預計在農曆過年前，將東3東4碼頭打造為「夢想樂園」，本周末2天也邀請航港局運星艦及海巡署新北鑑，開放民眾免費參觀。
