女子遭男子勒脖架走　民眾驚見報警

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮市建林街今天上午疑傳街頭擄人案！1名年約20歲男子用手鉤住1名身型矮小的女子在街頭行走，後面還有1男子騎著一輛米色機車尾隨跟著，因女子走路步伐蹣跚，疑似被男子架著脖子走，有路人行經時發現報警。花蓮警方表示，有接獲開車行經的女性民眾報案，但她已離開現場，不知女子是否平安。警方目前正在調閱路口監視器追查這2男1女下落，是否為街頭擄人或男女朋友吵架有待釐清。
