借朋友的帳號發文 我是用手機打的,如果閱讀不順請見諒 近到這間公司大概三個月了 工作環境很單純,同事也都很好相處 就是事情超！級！多！ 工作內容就是處理網拍的一切大小事 包含出貨、客服、活動、商品上架 拍照、門市文宣也是我負責、還有DM 其實還有很多鎖碎的事情 但基本上都是我一個人在處理 對了…還要扛業績 老闆說業績達到某個數字 才會在多一個同事幫忙 大概還少一半吧… 但我進來後做的成績 已經比離職同事都高太多了 但因為我有兩年的工作經驗了 其實怎麼操作業績會起來也都知道 再來說說我的薪水與福利 早九晚六,隔週休 一個月不到20K 換算成時薪還沒有85塊 因為事情太多做到8、9點是常有的事 當然沒有加班費 老闆認為理所當然 我朋友跟我說不要再意薪水 把履歷表洗漂亮比較重要 請益鄉民嗎？留 or 快逃？ 另外想問我的工作內容+經驗 一個月薪水多少是正常的？ 南部的薪水真的有低到這麼跨張？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.206.232.147
