外交官涉收賄　凌晨移送北檢複訊

【胡守得、呂志明／台北報導】我國駐越南代表處前秘書蕭裕文涉利用核發學生簽證機會，勾結當地仲介並收賄，調查局北機站搜索蕭家並以貪污被告身分將他約談到案，今晨移送台北地檢署複訊，移送時記者問他是否收賄，蕭裕文不發一語沒有回答。

《蘋果》去年接獲投訴指蕭裕文涉收賄，向外交部查證，竟獲回應「查不出來，絕無此事」。台北地檢署立即剪報分案，在向外交部調閱相關資料，並詢問近百名越南籍學生後，發現內情不單純，昨發動搜索約談。

檢調查出，曾在越南擔任越南河內台灣商會曹保麟秘書長，涉替無大學文憑、不符核發來台留學簽證資格的越南籍學生代辦簽證，每名學生多收2千美元，全由蕭裕文審核通過，曹並疑以每件1千美元代價行賄蕭。

檢調前天將曹保麟從越南押解返台，昨依行賄罪向法院聲請收押禁見，但法官諭令100萬元交保並限制出境，檢方隨即搜索約談蕭裕文，今晨移送地檢署由檢察官漏夜複訊。
