陸男氣胸未察覺　伸懶腰致肺破洞

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】打個呵欠，伸下懶腰，肺部竟然被撐破了「洞」！根據中國《武漢晚報》報導，湖北武漢一名26歲做文職工作的男子小歐，身高180公分，體重卻只有約60公斤。上周四早上起床後，小歐還有點睏， 連續打了幾個呵欠，伸了幾次懶腰，突然胸口一陣抽痛。當時小歐也沒太在意，上班後卻感到越來越不對勁，胸口有些悶，趴在桌上踹不過氣來。同事見狀立刻送他到醫院檢查。

醫院胸外科醫生指，小歐右肺氣胸嚴重，肺部被氣體壓縮了90%。人體肺組織是由無數小肺泡組成，一部份人由於部份肺組織先天發育不好，會出現很多肺小皰，多個肺小皰破裂慢慢就形成肺大皰，肺大皰破裂後，呼吸到肺裏的空氣，一部份漏進了胸腔中，無法排出，囤積在胸腔， 時間久了形成氣胸。這種自發性氣胸多發於18至30歲的男性，尤其多見於「豆芽菜」瘦長身型的男性。
