【簡竹君、李姿慧╱綜合報導】英國飽受水患之苦，遭遇近20年來最猛烈暴風雨，狂風暴雨和大潮作用下，湧現9公尺巨浪，道路毀壞、鐵軌催折、城鎮泡水。

全英國已發布103處水災警報，一名司機因車禍身亡，另一青少年在海邊拍攝巨浪遭捲走，凶多吉少。
